Affordable In-Home Companion Care For Your Loved Ones

A recent study of employers by the National Family Caregiver Association reports that individuals who provide care for elderly family members suffer decreased productivity in their professional/work life and are therefore often overlooked for promotions and special projects.  For example, the study found that:

• 60% of employees, who care for their loved ones are late for work, skip lunches and often must leave early to provide care.

• 19% are forced to decline promotions, business trips or special projects.

• 11% must take leave of absences

• 5% - 17% must change jobs or reduce hours.

Logic further dictates that there would be a similar impact on other family responsibilities and recreation.
